We offer two membership plans (Prophy Membership or Periodontal Maintenance Membership) depending on your needs. Our membership plans are an alternative to dental insurance which provide the professional oral care you want at an affordable price! Open to new and existing patients!

Prophy Membership $499/year or $45/month
Included services:
- 2 professional cleanings
- 2 regular exams

- 1 emergency exam
- 20% discount on treatment
Periodontal Maintenance Membership $749/yr or $69/month
Included services:
- 3 periodontal maintenance cleanings
- 2 regular exams
- 3 fluoride treatments
- Routine x-rays
- Periodontal evaluation and charting
- 1 emergency exam
- 20% discount on treatment–including initial scaling/root planing
Our membership plans do not cover procedures completed by specialists outside our practice. These plans may not be combined with insurance, other offers or discounts. Payment for any treatments not included in the membership plans is due at the time of service.
